Do you offer climate-controlled units?
Yes, we offer multiple sizes of climate-controlled units in clean, brand-new, well-lit and secure buildings.
What’s the difference between indoor and outdoor storage?
Our indoor storage is climate-controlled and housed in secure buildings that require a code to enter. Each unit inside is locked and there are security cameras throughout. It stays approximately 73 degrees year- round.
The outdoor storage has no climate control. They are well-lit and located behind a locked gate that requires a code to enter.
Are leases month-to-month?

Can I access my storage unit any time?
Storage units can be accessed from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. The buildings and gate remain locked during off hours for security purposes.
Do all locations offer drive-up access?
Some of our non-climate-controlled units offer drive up access. Others may be in locations where the vehicle cannot get directly in front of the door but does have parking next to the bulding.
All climate-controlled units offer parking directly in front of the building.
What’s included with my rental?
Your rental includes your unit. You can also get insurance from us for a monthly charge. You can buy a lock from us if you don’t have your own.
Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?
If you need more or less space than the unit you rented, you can transfer to another unit if the size you need is available. The difference in cost will be prorated.
How much does a storage unit cost?
We have climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units of multiples sizes available. The cost will depend on which unit you select.
Are there any move-in specials or discounts available?
You will receive 1 month free if you rent and keep a climate-controlled unit for one year.
Do I need to pay a deposit or administrative fee?
There are no deposits or administrative fees. You simply pay the monthly cost of your unit.
Who can access my storage unit?
You will be the only person who receives access to your unit unless you decide to provide your key to someone else. You will still be responsible for your unit and belongings.
What happens if I lose my key or forget my access code?
If you forget your access code, you can call Blue Cardinal Storage and receive it after answering a set of security questions proving you are the renter. If you lose your key, there will be a $75 charge to have a locksmith remove the lock. You will then have to purchase a new lock.
Do all facilities have on-site staff?
Staff does not remain on-site throughout the day. We can meet by appointment.
Are the properties well-lit at night?
Yes, our facility has top of the line lighting and security cameras.
Can I complete my rental online?
Your rental can be completed online, but you must contact the office at 270-353-9274 to coordinate a move-in time with staff. All units remained locked for security purposes until staff removes them.

Do you provide carts or dollies to help with moving?
